About the Resilience Fund

Background

The Resilience Fund will support Camden’s VCS as they adapt to rapidly changing financial circumstances. These include increasing costs and the changing community needs brought about by the cost of living crisis and Covid 19 pandemic. The Resilience Fund will support Camden’s Voluntary and Community Sector organisations with a one-off grant. The fund will prioritise applications that use funds to adapt business models and operational plans to put organisations on a more sustainable footing going forward.

Aims of the Fund

Camden Council’s Community Impacts Resilience Fund 2022-23 fund aims to support Camden’s Voluntary and Community Sector (VCS) organisations to address immediate financial risks in the short-term and to make changes that will increase organisational sustainability and resilience and plan for the longer term.

Available Funding

  • The maximum grant award available per organisation is £30,000; however, it is highly unlikely that you will receive a grant award that is greater than 10% of your annual income (as per your 2021/22 accounts).
  • If you are successful, the grant provided will be restricted to the proposals that you have included in your approved application. We expect funds to be used on activities in the year to March 2024.
  • A total grant pot of £1 million is available for this fund.
